Founder of Blue Plan
Dale McAllister DBA, MA, (a Singapore Citizen), is a Technology Focused Change Management Executive and Innovation Specialist.
His experience includes leading digital transformation programs, executing multiple ERP implementations and a number of exceptionally large POS implementations across Asia, and designing multiple AI and automated workflow models. He is also currently a PhD candidate in Sustainability & Innovation Management, focusing on entrepreneurial orientation and innovation capabilities.
